Cancellations

All Made on Demand orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, if provided production has not yet begun.
To cancel your order, please email contact@withfaye.eu with your order number and “Cancel Order” in the subject line.

After 24 hours, production typically starts, and your order can no longer be cancelled.
As each piece is made especially for you, we are unable to make exceptions once production has begun.
