Each With Faye piece is produced on demand and individually made for you.
For this reason, all Made on Demand and Custom orders are final sale and non-refundable once production has begun.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact contact@withfaye.eu within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue and packaging.
We will review the situation and provide a suitable solution, which may include repair, replacement, or partial refund depending on the case.

Please note that slight variations in finish, texture, or tone are part of the handmade and 3D-printed nature of each design and are not considered defects.
