Print on Demand
All With Faye products are produced on demand in collaboration with trusted European 3D-printing specialists. Production and shipping timelines are specified on each product page.
Please note that slight variations may occur due to the handmade and print-to-order nature of each piece.
Shipment delays caused by couriers or customs do not qualify for refunds.

If you have not received your tracking number within the expected time frame, please contact us at contact@withfaye.eu.

Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us before your shipping label is created.
Once a package is in transit, we are unable to make any changes. In this case, please contact the shipping provider directly (e.g. DHL, UPS, DPD).

International Shipping
We currently ship within Europe using insured carriers such as DHL, DPD or UPS.
Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after production is complete, depending on your region.
Delays may occur due to customs processing or local holidays.

With Faye is not responsible for any additional import duties or customs fees charged upon delivery. Orders refused or returned due to unpaid duties will not be refunded.
If you refuse a shipment, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, any import fees, and the return shipping charges.

Taxes & Duties
Orders shipped outside Belgium may be subject to local taxes, customs duties, and import fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”).
The recipient is considered the importer of record and is responsible for all Import Fees.

These fees vary by country, and we cannot estimate or control them.
To understand potential charges, please contact your local customs office or courier representative before placing your order.

Return to Sender Policy
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, delivery issue, or refusal, we do not issue refunds.
Upon receiving your returned package, we will contact you. If no response is received within 7 days, the item will be restocked or recycled.
Store credit may be offered at our discretion, excluding shipping costs.

Lost or Damaged Packages
All shipments are insured by the selected courier.
If your package arrives damaged, please email contact@withfaye.eu within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the damage and packaging.
For lost packages, please contact us and the courier directly so we can initiate an investigation.

Sustainability Note
All shipments are packed using FSC®-certified and FEC-trademarked recyclable materials.
We aim to consolidate deliveries whenever possible to reduce our environmental impact.
