Welcome to With Faye. By accessing our website and/or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, customers, and anyone placing orders on our site.

1. Overview

With Faye (officially registered as Studio Blossier), a sole proprietorship registered in the province of Brabant, the Netherlands, hereinafter referred to as “With Faye,” “we,” or “us.” With Faye is a luxury furniture brand specializing in made-to-order and bespoke design pieces.

All products are produced in limited quantities with care, using sustainable materials and ethical production methods within Europe.

2. Age Requirement

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent/guardian to use this site and place orders.

3. Online Store Use

You may only use our products and services for lawful purposes. You may not reproduce, duplicate, sell, resell, or exploit any part of our website or products without express written permission.

4. Product Information

All products on With Faye are made-to-order or bespoke. Each piece is unique, produced sustainably, and may vary slightly in color, texture, or finish. This is part of the charm and character of handcrafted design.

Important: Because all items are made-to-order, they are final sale and cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. Payment is required in full at the time of order. Accepted methods: [Credit Card, PayPal, IDeal, etc.].

6. Shipping & Delivery

Domestic & EU Shipping: We ship exclusively within Europe using insured carriers (e.g., DHL). Delivery times vary per region and are specified on the product page. Typical delivery: 1–2 weeks after production.

Customs, Duties & Taxes: For shipments outside your country of residence, you are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

We use insured shipping for all orders.
In case of damage or loss, please contact the carrier immediately.
With Faye is not liable for packages lost or damaged during transit if insurance is not purchased.

Address Changes:

Once a shipping label is created, addresses cannot be changed.
If you notify us before label creation, we will update the address.

Return to Sender:

Packages returned due to refusal, incorrect address, or delivery issues will not be refunded.
We will hold returned packages for 7 days; after this, items are restocked and a store credit may be issued if appropriate.

7. Cancellations & Modifications

Made-to-order pieces may only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, production begins, and changes cannot be accepted.

8. Refunds

As our products are made-to-order:

No refunds for change-of-mind or incorrect purchases.
Damaged or defective items will be evaluated individually. We offer repair, replacement, or partial compensation if appropriate.

Recommendation: Customers are encouraged to carefully review product descriptions, dimensions, and materials before ordering.

9. Warranty

We offer a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects on all With Faye products. This covers structural faults or defects caused during production.

Exclusions:

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Cosmetic variations, such as slight color or texture differences.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, logos, and website content are the intellectual property of With Faye. They may not be copied, used, or reproduced without written permission.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use our products or site for illegal activities
Submit false, misleading, or harmful content
Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code

12. Limitation of Liability

With Faye is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products. Liability for defective products is limited to repair, replacement, or refund as described in the Warranty section.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless With Faye from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our products or website in violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be subject to the competent courts in Huijbergen.
